According to IFAC, around 80% of the poor
people of the Philippines come from rural
areas

Php 25, 000,000
Php 12,000,000 will be provided for the
farming
Php 7,000,000 will be for the Philippine waters
Php 3,500,000 for the livelihood programs
Php 2, 500,000 for research
