Where Do You FinD Your next Global Chro?In order to understand the dynamics and diversity of today’s CHRO population, RRA analyzed the backgrounds and career paths of more than 700 global and regional CHROs of Blue-Chip companies spanning 5 industries. We examined factors including country of origin, gender, and multi-continent business experience. Our findings demonstrate that the majority of the CHROs with global roles have yet to live outside their home continents. Asia Pacific is the top overseas destination; European HR leaders are the best-travelled.
