Dear Prayer Partners:

Recently I was reminded from John 9:1-12 of Jesushealing of the blind man, that He does the impossible.

Jesus took what seemed like a very difficult situation ina mans life an area that hampered the mans lifesignificantly, and He made something beautiful out of it.Do you have a difficult situation in your life right nowsomething that is hampering your life in a significantway? He can change it! He still does the impossibleeveryday! Pray for the impossible. And He can do itbecause He is God.

While God has been very good to us allowing us to serveHim on the mission field and have a part in the lives ofother missionaries and nationals and have a part impacting church planting movements and mission movements, wtoo have faced a difficult area. We believe God can change it. And while we pray about this matter, we ask you

join us in prayer about this same matter. Our supplevel was improving little by little ever so slowly and thwe just found out recently that a donor that had supporus for $500/month has hit hard financial times and longer is able to continue. So now we find ourselves knowing exactly how to handle this other than to prabout it and share this need with others who will pray us. We are hoping perhaps some of our supportchurches might increase their monthly support amoufor us. We are also praying that God might lay it on hearts of other churches that are considering taking usfor support, will do so. Please pray for the families tcurrently support us, that no more will drop us duetough financial times. And maybe some of them mieven be able to increase our support. And we pray Gwill bring to us new ministry partners whether on

monthly basis or annual basis. We have a monthly deficit ofabout $1100/month. Please pray that God would supply for thisneed. God does the impossible everyday! We believe it! much more. God met with us in a very unique way. God greatly used Nikkito reach out to missionary wives. Her zeal and enthusiasm for God refreshesmy soul! I wish I were more like her! It is a joy to serve our great God inLatin America with her. I was touched by one missionary that told me howmuch it meant to them that we were there ministering to them. It was alsoa great joy to preach in one of our Peruvian churches while we were there.We were wonderfully surprised to see an 11 year old girl come up to us afterthe service. Nikki recognized her immediately. She was Nikkis studentwhen she lived in Chile seven years ago. Her family moved to Peru and

they had joined the very church where I preached that morning. It was agreat reunion.

In January we traveled toOrlando, Florida where we metwith our South America andCentral America missionaryleaders (called RegionalDirectors) and had a week ofsecurity training, reporting,strategic thinking, teaching, worship, planning. We thank God for the te

of missionaries we serve with.

Apart from our trip to Peru, we also had the joy of becoming grandparefor the 8th time. Our grandson, Daniel James Russell was born Feb. weighing in at 9 pounds 4 ounces! His parents are Eric and Amber RussDaniel is the 5thgeneration to have Jamesas part of his name. To mak

more special, Daniel was born on his great-great-grandfather Russells birthday, who was the first generation to haJamesin his name.

Please pray for our upcoming trips. We will be traveling to Cuba for the purpose of making a survey trip but avisiting Cuban pastors that partner with our Chilean mission agency. I will be preaching in house churches and seek

to encourage our Cuban pastors that serve there.

We also have a trip scheduled forParaguay where we will bemeeting with our team ofmissionaries to determine thefuture of our camp ministry thereand other strategic planning. Wegreatly need more people to goand serve as short term and longterm missionaries to Paraguay

and serve in camp ministry, church planting, and to help with our Bible Institute there. Please pray to the God of tharvest to send forth more laborers.
