The following is a full revision of the current material on the www.rutiniwines.com site. All material has been revised and updated.

I. About Usa. History and Evolution

The Rutini family winemaking tradition began in the early 19th century in Le Marche, Italy, when Francisco Rutini started making wines for the inhabitants of his native town, Ascoli Piceno. Thereafter, his only son Felipe Rutini immigrated to the Americas to extend the winemaking tradition. It was in Coquimbito, Maipú, in the province of Mendoza Argentina that he planted his first vines, further starting the Rutini Wines legacy. Since its foundation in 1885, Rutini Wines has been recognized for its extraordinary quality and character of its wines. As Don Felipe Rutini built the winery under the slogan ¨Labor and Perseverance¨, he created a lasting legacy for top quality wines in Argentina.

Don Felipe continued developing his vineyard in Maipú, and thereafter expanded his operations to Los Corralitos and Medrano regions of Mendoza. This expansion duplicated the capacity of the winery, as it brought in large vats and Nancy oak barrels from France.

Don Felipe passed away in 1919, leaving his descendents in charge of the company. Continuing the excellence and tradition, the Rutini family began to develop further the production of fine white and read varietals such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec. Later on, the Chenin grape was also incorporated.

Leading the industry, in 1925, the Rutini family planted the first vineyards in Tupungato, in the heart of the Uco Valley. Named after one of Mendoza´s mountain peaks, the Tupungato Valley was no more than a stop-over on the road to the mountains when the Rutini family began to plants their first vines. At an elevation of 3000 to 5000 feet (900 to 1500 meters) above sea level, the Tupungato Valley offers many different microclimates, creating optimal growing conditions. Today it y recognized as one of Mendoza´s premier viticulture regions.

Combining the long tradition of production and wish to constantly evolve and innovate, Rutini Wines is recognized as one of the most successful and relevant brands of our time.

Modernization & Continual Innovation

In the last decade the winery has undergone substantial modernization. In the 90s, the winery in Maipú was completely renovated, while conserving its historic nature of the XIX century. New investments have included the incorporation of new technology including: stainless steel tank capacity of 3 million liters, 1.4 million liters in oak casks, 7 million liters in epoxy-lined concrete tanks and an additional 787,500 liters in French and American Oak barrels,

Continuing the constant spirit of innovation, in 2008 Rutini Wines began construction of a state of the art winery in Tupungato, in which all the high end wines (Rutini and Trumpeter) were moved to this premise.

Our Missioni. Rutini Wines is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in Argentina.

The délestage method is used to pump over the wines in these tanks.

c. Add New Tab: RUTINI NEW WINERY

In October 2008, Rutini Wines constructed the first walls of the new winery in The Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. Even though, The Rutini Family was one of the first to plant vineyards in the Tupungato Valley in 1925, it was over 80 years after that the dream to build a modern winery began.

In a race against time, the contemporary construction of the 70000 ft² (6500 m²) state of the art facility was launched. The challenge was met just in time as the winery received its first grapes for that year´s vintage in March of 2009. In total RW owns 950 acres (385 ha) of vines, all in altitudes ranging from 3444 to 3900 feet above sea level (1050 to 1200 meters a.s.l.).

In this place where the winery stands, RW owns 333 acres (135 ha) of vines, all in altitudes going from 3444 to 3900 feet above sea level (1050 to 1200 meters a.s.l.).

Rutini, Cruz Alta and Trumpeter are elaborated in the Tupungato Winery.

The snow-capped mountain of ¨Cordon del Plata¨ (Andés Mountains), has a beautiful year long snow-capped view, providing for a picturesque view from every corner. The impressive stairway that leads to the main entrance in the middle of the building will be surrounded by vines and olive trees, inviting our guests to begin the Rutini Experience.III. Vineyards

a. Roots of TupungatoIn the constant search for the best quality fruit available, Rutini Wines has always sought out vineyards in the top viticulture regions of Mendoza. Pioneering the industry, Rutini Wines was one of the first to plant vineyards in Tupungato in 1925. Named after one of Mendoza´s mountain peaks, the Tupungato Valley was no more than a stop-over on the road to the mountains when the Rutini family began to plants their first vines. Today it y recognized as one of Mendoza´s premier viticulture regions. This valley is located 50 miles (aprox 80 kilometers) to the south of the city of Mendoza. In the foothills of the Andes, the altitudes of the Uco Valley range from 3000 to 5000 feet above sea level (900 to 1500 meters a.s.l.). The optimal altitude and micro climates provides for especially ideal grape growing conditions. The sunny day and dry summer conditions assures for complete maturation of the grapes. The cool evening temperatures and controlled irrigation serve to prolong hang time and to create a good balance between sugar and acidity. The pebble covered soils allow optimal drainage, and low humidity. The concentrated yields produced by these vines, combined with the high altitude, cool air and intense sunshine in this region, create grapes with rich fruit character, deep color and smooth, ripe tannins, making Tupungato Valley an ideal place to grow vines. It goes without saying that RW specifically chose this picturesque area as the perfect location for its new

Page 10: Rutini Wines Website Revision -9Oct 2012

winery due to the fact that 80% of all grapes harvested for many of their top wines selections derive from this particular region. As these fine grapes are grown close to the winery, when harvested they are immediately processed.

b. Rutini VineyardsTupungato:Surface Area: 115 hectares (284 acres)Location: Tupungato Department, Province of MendozaVarietals: Chardonnay 17has, Merlot 23has, Gewürztraminer 2 has., Pinot Noir 2 has. Sauvignon Blanc 6 has. , Cabernet Sauvignon 20has. , Malbec 25 has. Syrah 3has. , Cabernet Franc 3 has. Training System: High espalderaPlanting Distance: 2.00m x 1.20mIrrigation System: Drip irrigationAltitude: 1,200 meters above sea levelAverage Precipitation: 150-175 mm per year with snow in the winterSoil: Alluvial, sandy, with stony surface and a 40cm to 1m depth

The high altitude and southerly location translates into a cooler climate, with high thermal amplitudes.

In these conditions, the grapes mature later with autumn temperatures, causing the wines to have, as is the case in the La Consulta district accentuated aromas, full body, and intense color (in the reds).

La Consulta:Surface Area: 30 hectares (74 acres)Location: La Consulta District, San Carlos Department, Province of MendozaVarietals: 100% MalbecTraining System: High espalderaPlanting Distance: 1.80m x 1.00mIrrigation System: Traditional FloodAltitude: 950 meters above sea levelAverage Precipitation: 250mm mm per yearSoil: Loam to loam mixed with lime, alluvial, with depth of 1.m to 1.5 m

Here the weather is colder, since it is located further south, and the thermal amplitudes are higher.

In these climate conditions, Malbec reaches its optimum ripeness at the end of the season in April when the temperatures are lower.

This allows for wines of intense aromas, very good color and great concentration.

These wines need to mature in new barrels to obtain wines destined for cellaring.

Maipú: Surface Area: 7.5 hectares (18.5 acres) Location: Coquimbito District, Department of Maipú of Mendoza, Province of MendozaVarietals: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Page 11: Rutini Wines Website Revision -9Oct 2012

Training System: ParralPlanting Distance: 2.50m x 2.50mIrrigation System: Traditional FloodAltitude: 800 meters above sea levelAverage Precipitation: 200 mm per yearSoil: Shallow clay with stony surfaceIn this vineyard the weather is intermediate, with very high thermal amplitudes. Cabernet Sauvignon ripens very well, obtaining fruit driven wines with good body.

RivadaviaSurface Area: 43hecters (106 acres)Location: Phillips District, Rivadavia Department, 40km to the east of the City of MendozaVarietals: 50% Chenin Blanc, 50% Sauvignon BlancTraining System: ParralPlanting Distance: 3.00m x 3.00mIrrigation System: Traditional floodAltitude: 600 meters above sea levelAverage Precipitation: 150-175 mm per yearSoil: Slit alluvial clay, 2 meters deep

In this area the weather is warm and thermal amplitude is low. These conditions allow for ripeness and yield aromatic wines of fresh tropical fruits with good body.

ViticultureOur vineyard management team focuses on achieving premium quality fruit by keeping yields low, maintain excellent irrigation system and allowing grapes to reach their optimum maturity level before being harvested.

Rutini Wines currently cultivates a wide range of grapes varieties, but we particularly concentrate on developing Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay to their greatest potential. c. New PlantingsThe Rutini Wines viticulture team is currently planting new vineyards in the Altamira area of Mendoza.

The area of 75 hectares will include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Malbec, Merlot Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Verdicchio, and Verdelho vines.

This area is situated further south than our other vineyards and is also within closer proximity to the mountains.

Here the thermal amplitude is wide, allowing the tannins and phenolics to ripen well. The area also benefits from high quality irrigation in the form of ice melt from the Andes and good soil drainage.

Surface Area: 75 hectors (185 acres)Location: Uco Valley, Province of MendozaVarietals: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Malbec, Merlot Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Verdicchio, and Verdelho Training System: High espaldera

In order to overcome this impediment, the vines are strategically sprayed with water, optimally creating the special funguses, which ultimately creates grape dehydration. Once at optimal maturity, the grapes with the botrytis are individually selected from the vine and transported in small receptacles of 20mg. They are then pressed in Pneumatic presses and then fermented in New French Oak Barrels for 15 months. Varietal: 70 % Verdicchio 30 % Semillón Vineyard: Tupungato Alcohol: 12.5% Malolactic fermentation: 100% Oak Regimen: 100% French Oak for 15 months Winemaking Notes: The Rutini Vin Doux is of intense yellow and golden color. On the nose, overly ripe fruit aromas of melon and quince are present with a touch of honey and vanilla from the time spent in the oak. The mouth feel is similar to the aroma with well balanced sugar, acidity, and great body. A tantalizing and mature sweet white wine with a fresh finish.

2. RUTINI ENCABEZADO DE MALBEC: Rutini Encabezado de Malbec is a fortified red Wine similar to the Port Wine of Portugal. This delicately rich wine is achieved by adding alcohol (Grappa) to the wine during the fermentation process, thus conserving its natural sweetness. Rutini wines uses its own ¨Grappa¨ (a distilled liquor made from grapes) liquor, leaving for an incredibly rich final product.Varietal: 100% Malbec Vineyard: Tupungato Alcohol: 17.8% Malolactic fermentation: 100% Oak Regimen: 100% French Oak for 18 months Winemakers Notes: Of intense ruby red color and violet-purple hues, the Rutini Malbec Encabezado is a vibrant sweet wine. The complex blend of aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries) are intermingled with dark chocolate, coffee along with the addition of the added liquor leaves for a tantalizing combination. The mouth feel is full and sweet with crystallized fruits like figs. Silky tannins, with a luscious and vibrant finish.

3. RUTINI GRAPPA (DESTILADO DE ORUJO DE UVA MALBEC):The Rutini Distilled Liquor of Seeds of Malbec is precise and high quality liquor made from the Malbec grape. This refined liquor was achieved through the artisanal process of distilling the seeds, skin and using the solid parts of the Malbec grape, The process is similar to that used in Italia, thus using its name ¨Grappa¨. It is a premium product that is a

perfect after dinner drink to be shared amongst good company and conversation. Varietal: 100% Malbec Vineyard: Tupungato Alcohol: 41% Malolactic fermentation: 100% Process: The intricate process of the Grappa begins with the soaking of the Malbec seeds in its own aromatic content during the fermentation process. The seeds are then separated from the liquid content and consequently distilled, vaporized in water at adequate temperatures, and then distilled again in order to obtain the perfect alcohol and aromatic combination. In total, the content is distilled three times in order to obtain the delicate concentration and essences of this precise distilled Liquor of Malbec Seed. Winemakers Notes: This distilled liquor is an elegant and clear distillation with floral essences and well- balanced persistence of fruit notes from Argentina.

ii. The production is oriented to get the best quality results such as: bunch thinning, leaf removal, controlled irrigation with no added fertilizers, and excellent control over fungus/diseases. The altitude proves great thermal amplitude, which is beneficial to grape flavor and the development of rich aromas. Growing in typically breezy environments allows for low risk of diseases, in addition to the pebbly soil helps to keep the vigor and yield control. The end of the process includes small water restriction at harvest time, promoting intensity and concentration and ultimately making longer –ageing wines. Just like the name ¨Trumpeter¨ this range brings a strong backing and resistance that will leave one satisfied from start to finish.

For over 125 years, Rutini Wines has carried on a tradition of excellent winemaking, while innovating into the future.  Unlike other wineries, Rutini wines stands out from the rest by sharing a bit of Viticulture history in a historic museum that is open for all wine lovers and tourist alike.

As the new state-of the-art winery is not currently open to the public, Ruini Wines opens its doors to tourism in its historic winery, Bodega La Rural and the Museo del Vino (Wine Museum). Since its foundation in 1885, Bodega La Rural has been noted for the quality of its wine, in addition to possessing one of the most important wine museums in America on the premise of their historic winery. The ¨Museo del Vino¨ (Wine Museum) is a must see for all wine lovers visiting the Mendoza wine country. The museum´s unique collection of over 5,000 winemaking and viticulture relics is one of the most extensive in the world.

Located at the site of the Bodega La Rural historic winery, it has become the most important wine museum in the Americas, and receives over 66,000 tourists every year- making Bodega La Rural/Rutini Wines the most visited winery in Argentina.

The idea came from the brain-child, Don Francisco Rutini, the oldest son of Don Felipe in 1945. As it was his dream to construct a wine museum, he started collecting important artifacts of Mendoza´s winemaking heritage to eventually be housed under one roof. But it wasn’t until his nephew, Rodolfo Reina Rutini, made his uncles dream a reality creating the ¨Museo del Vino¨ in 1975.

The outstanding collection displays machinery, cooperage tools horse carts and carriages, colonial mud amphorae, laboratory equipment, antique presses and other elements that reflect the history of the wine industry, giving visitors a clear view of how wine making has been conducted over the years.

The museum is a celebration of a significant part of Mendoza´s overall history and attracts regular tourist, as well as wine-lovers. It further strengthens the association of Mendoza with an important winemaking tradition and generating a greater interest in wine.

Visiting hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 to 13 and 14 to 17. Close Sundays and holidays. Guided tours are run every 30 minutes, and are in both Spanish and English. The tours incorporate visits to the wine museum, vineyards, winery, cellar and tasting room, with duration of approximately 45 minutes. Museum Addess:Montecaseros 2625
