The requirement of using and manitain

300 2000

Do not make pressure on output part and box when mounting it

It must replace lubrication oil afler it runs 300 hours when first using it, after it, replace lubrication oil per

running 2000 hours.

It must keep coaxial degree and vertical degree in just lever when conjoining reducer with other device.

Must keep plenty of oil lubrication in the reducer and check it offen.

Must add or replace in time when oil reduce or get bad. (lubication type see attatched table and chart1)

It is usefull to keep reducer clean so that reducer radiates warmth more efficiently.

The rack is applicable for the connection of LC and DC vertical reducers,

which includes tow types: J-A and J-B.

1. J-A: used for the vertical reducer with II output shaft and JQ clamp

coupling (HG5-213-65). It is not provided with the bearing, applicable for being

used when the axial force from the reactor is not big.

Label illustration: Rack J-A-30, meaning A rack without the bearing and with

30 output shaft diameter of the reducer.

2. J-B: used for the vertical reducer with I output shaft and TK or GT coupling.

It is provided with an intermediate bearing.

Label illustration: Rack J-B-50, meaning B rack with an intermediate bearing

and 50 output shaft diameter of the reducer.

3. Add "(H)" after the type for the heightened type.

Coupling

1. JQ clamp coupling is applicable for the connection between the I shaft head of the vertical reducer rack and the agitator shaft head of the reactor.

2. TK flexible block coupling is applicable for the connection between the working shaft (II shaft head) with an independent supporting structure and

the reducer shaft head. TK coupling allows a big concentricity deflection and skewness between the two shafts to be connected.

3. TG flange coupling is applicable for the connection between the II reducer shaft head and the agitator shaft head of the reactor.

4. The calibration sign should be selected corresponding to the diameter of the reducer output shaft head.

5. To allow the connection between two shafts with different shaft diameters and matching lengths, the shaft diameter part in the type designation

should adopt the form of numerator and denominator. For example, TGT expresses the inner bore of the top half coupling dg=40 and H1=80

while the inner bore of the bottom half coupling dg=45 and H1=85a.

Validity period of "3-R guarantees"

Duration of guarantee Within 12 months from the production date

Guarantee items

The product enjoys free repair or replacement for faults occurring within the duration of guarantee on the

premise of installation in accordance with requirements in the operation instruction included, proper running

conditions and identified by our quality management department. Our company will not provide the

compensation for expenses for disassembly and reassembly of the speed reducer and the user's related

devices, transportation expenses, production losses and other indirect losses regarding the repair or

replacement.

1. Faults caused by improper product installation and connection with other devices.

2. Faults caused by maintenance failing to meet requirements in the operating instructions and improper

operation and management.

3. Faults caused by using lubricating grease or oil beyond the recommendation of our company.

4. Faults caused by non-standard use or overloading operation

5. Faults occurring in service caused by wrong product selection on one's own.

6. Faults caused by modifying and adding the product or change its structure privately of the user.

7. Faults caused by the user's self-provided motor which doesn't conform to requirements.

8. Faults caused by natural disasters like earthquake, flood and lightning strike, and accidents beyond

control like fire and gas leakage.

9. Natural wear of such consumables in normal operating conditions as bearing and oil seal.
