Start with the wiring on the vehicle first. Take the rear view mirror and the vehicle harness out of the box. Install the clip on rear view mirror onto the exciting rear view mirror on the vehicle.

� Open your dual rear view camera system.
� Make sure you have all the parts -‐ 1 x Blue lens rear view mirror. -‐ 2 x Rear view cameras. -‐ 1 x Vehicle harness. -‐ 1 x Caravan harness. -‐ 1 x Mini fuse tap with 5A fuse. -‐ 1 x Tyco clips.
� Start with the wiring on the vehicle first.
� Take the rear view mirror and the vehicle harness out of the box.
� Install the clip on rear view mirror onto the exciting rear view mirror on the vehicle.

� Plug the rear view mirror connector into the vehicle harness connector.
� Make sure that the two arrows line up before connecting the two connectors to each other.
� Secure the 2 connectors to each other by taping it with isolation tape.
� Run the vehicle harness inside the roof lining towards the A-‐pillar.
� Run the harness down the A-‐pillar towards the kick plate.
� Secure the wires with cable ties onto existing wiring inside the roof lining and the A-‐pillar.
� Run the vehicle harness along the side sill of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle.

� Install the rear view camera as close to the centre of the rear of the vehicle.
� Connect the vehicle harness to the rear view camera.
� Run the power line of the vehicle harness to the nearest fuse box in the vehicle.
� Select a fuse point to plug the fuse tap into.

� If needed, plug the fuse out of the selected point.
� Plug the removed fuse into the bottom opening of the fuse tap.
� Plug the fuse tap into the selected point.
� Connect the fuse tap to the vehicle harness power line.
� Ground the ground loop to a good ground point on the vehicle.
� Test the rear view camera by switching on the ignition on the vehicle. Then press the power button on the rear view mirror.
� The rear view camera behind the vehicle will come up.
� If there is no power on the rear view mirror. -‐unplug the fuse tap and turn the fuse tap around and plug it in again. -‐If there is still no power select another fuse point on the fuse box.

� Locate the reverse light on the vehicle.
� Trace the reverse wire to the reverse light.
� Connect the green wire from the vehicle harness to the reverse wire with the supplied Tyco clip.
� Run the 4-‐way connector from the vehicle harness to the tow bar 7-‐pin plug.
� Secure the 4-‐way connector close to the 7-‐pin tow bar connector.
� Test the reverse function by switching on the vehicle. Then put the vehicle in reverse gear.
� The reverse camera of the vehicle should come on automatically.
� Find the suitable position for the camera behind the caravan or trailer.
� Secure the camera in that position.

� Connect the caravan harness to the camera behind the caravan or trailer.
� Run the caravan harness under the caravan or trailer to the front of the caravan or trailer to the 7-‐pin connector.
� Make the wire from the camera about 150mm linger that the wire of the 7-‐pin connector.
� Secure the harness with cable ties.
� Test the system. 1. Plug the caravan 4-‐way connector into the vehicle 4 – way connector. 2. Switch the vehicle ON. 3. With the mirror still OFF, put the vehicle in reverse. The camera behind the vehicle will come on the screen. 4. Take the vehicle out of the reverse gear and the screen will go OFF again. 5. Press the power button on the mirror and the camera behind the caravan will come up and stay on until the power button is pressed again. 6. Press the AV button on the mirror and the display will switch between the camera behind the caravan and the camera behind the vehicle. 7. Press the power button and the mirror will switch OFF again. 8. Switch the vehicle OFF.

� Waterproof caps for the 4-‐way connector are also available.
� You will find that in 90% of the cases the blue mirror works perfect.
� If you have a very dark vehicle with dark interior, you might find that the blue mirror is not reflective enough. For that reason we have a silver lens available on request.
