Clear: Maintain a C- average i.e. Cumulative Grade Point Average
(CGPA) of at least 1.67
Probationary: If CGPA goes below 1.67 you stay on probation and
must
sign a new probation contract (limited course load) and attend a
mandatory seminar at the start of each term until you bring your CGPA
back over 1.67
Required to Withdraw (RTW for 12 months): If your Term Grade Point
Average (TGPA) goes below
1.67 while on probation or if CGPA goes below 1.00 at any time.
Permanent Program Withdrawal: If you are RTW for a second time
or fail a mandatory program course 3 times.
