Time, Date And Location: The Oklahoma Soon-er Shorthorn Sale will be held on Saturday, April 7th at 1:00 p.m. at the Stephens County Fairgrounds, Duncan, Oklahoma.

Directions: Take Hwy. 81 south through Duncan to the south end of town; half block east to fairgrounds.

Mailed Bids: Mailed or telephoned bids will be handled in a most confidential manner. If you are un-able to attend the sale personally, simply contact a rep-resentative of the sale far enough in advance prior to sale day. They will be able to assist you at ringside on sale day.

Delivery: Every effort will be made by the sellers to assist you in the delivery of your purchases should you need assistance. This delivery will be made to central points at the most economical cost possible.

Update On Breeding And Calving Information: There will be added information available at the sale site that will list any additions to the catalog informa-tion as to new calves born and new breeding informa-tion that will occur after the printing of this catalog.

Terms And Conditions: Terms of the sale are cash. Settlement is to be made with the clerk immediately following the sale and before cattle are removed from the premises.

Billed Accounts: All billed accounts are due within 10 days following the date of the sale. At 10 days, a two percent service charge will be added to the unpaid bal-ance and an additional two percent will be added every 30 days thereafter unless previous arrangements have been made with the owners or sale manager.

Liability: Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold, but will be cared for by the sellers for a reason-able amount of time. Neither the owners, employees, auctioneer, sale management or other affiliated person-nel can be responsible for any accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.

Health: Each animal will be represented by a state ap-proved health certificate for interstate shipment. Buyers should make themselves aware of the health require-ments for their respective states.

Breeding Guarantee: The Standard Breeding Guarantee as endorsed by the American Shorthorn As-sociation will be followed.
