UNIVERSAL COMPARATOR

A Universal Dial type of gauge where in the Outer Diameter, Inner Diameter, Concentric, run-out, lobbing, etc can be checked for various sizes

VERTICAL COMPARATOR STAND

A Universal Dial type of gauge to check Groove height, length, Groove center-axis, hole–center /axis

RELATION GAUGES

Designed to check Hole drilled at angle to the flat face

WIDTH GAUGE

Working principle is same as that of plug gauge; these gauges are suggested for those jobs in which the groove or slot in the component are to be checked.

SNAP GAUGE

A correctly machined part will pass the first set of jaws and stop at the second — end of test. In this manner a part may be checked in one action, unlike the plug gauge that needs to be used twice and flipped to access the second gauge.

RING GAUGE

Ring Gauge working principle is same as that of snap gauge; these gauges are suggested for those jobs in which the center less machining is done where the problem of lobbing is generally observed and where close tolerance are present.

ACCEPTANCE GAUGE

It is a special gauge where in two or more than two parameters can

be checked simultaneously; which will indicate only OK condition.

INCLINE COMPARATOR

A Universal Dial type of gauge where in the Outer Diameter, Inner Diameter, Concentricity, run-out, lobbing, etc can be checked for various sizes.
