WElASOFT ELS is an elastic silicone resin for cellulosic, synthetics, wool & their
blends.
WELASOFT ELS is suitable for all kind of textiles. This products neither brings yellowing nor normally impairs either the shade fastness properties of the dyeing. The color of treated good may look slightly deeper due to the reflection of light made by coated film.
WELASOFT ELS forms elegant film that is highly resistant to washing & dry- clean this special film is highly elastic &gives voluminous handle.
WELASOFT ELS is suitable to most of textile goods made of cellulose, wool polyester, polyamide and their blends.

WELASOFT OZF

facilitates and pile-lifting processes of piece goods made of natural fibers.
WELASOFT OZF can be combined with optical brighteners, high- grade and other finishes. However, it is advisable to test the compatibility in each single case.
Additional fields application are:
- Addition to alkaline peroxide bleaching liquors in order to avoid a possible embitterment of the goods;
- softening of goods which are provided for pigment printing where the handle of the printed goods is substantially improved;
- it is also to add WELASOFT OZF directly to the printing paste
WELASOFT OZF can be applied to all kinds of fibers, either by padding or by the exhaust method.
The product imparts a comfortable soft touch, improves the sew ability of knitwear and has a good resistance to high temperatures and to sublimation. The product has no tendency to yellowing even at high temperatures during drying, curing and thermo setting.
WELASOFT OZF is non-ionic softener for all kinds of fibers;non-yellowing; compatible with optical brighteners and high- grade finishing products.

WELASOFT HS-CP

For high wearer comfort, textiles need a soft, supple hand. Not only that, but towels, for example, need to be extremely absorbent.
Knowing the advantages of WELASOFT HS-CP, we find it as the right products to suit both requirements above. Its highly concentrated hydrophilic silicone softener, especially developer for cellulose fibers.
WELASOFT HS-CP provides extremely soft handles, along with surface smoothness and low yellowing. Its usage does not affect the shade.

Besides this, WELASOFT HS-CP is more than suitable for all kind of materials that must have good hydrophilic properties for further processing (e.g. ground material for printings). WELASOFT HS-CP can be applied on yarn as well as on piece goods. WELASOFT HS-M

The main application field of WELASOFT HS-M is the softening of cellulose fibres, which should have good re-wetting properties.
WELASOFT HS-M is suitable for all articles where apart from a soft touch high water absorbency is required (e.g. terry towels, sportswear) or for material that must have good hydrophilic properties for further processing without problems (e.g. ground material for printings).
WELASOFT HS-M can be applied on yarn as well as on piece goods. The product also improves the water absorbency of cotton blends with synthetic fibers (such as cotton/PA or cotton/PES). Furthermore WELASOFT HS-M improves the anti-static properties of the fibers.
WELASOFT HS-M is low foaming and can be used in machines with high liquor turbulence's or high shearing stresses (jet machines), respectively.

BIOSOFT KS

BIOSOFT KS is a cationic textile softener based on a fatty acid-amine condensation product. The most interesting property of BIOSOFT KS is its dispersibility in cold water,
compared to other softeners of its kind.

BIOSOFT KS can also be dispersed in warm or hot water depending on the equipment and time available. It is used in the textile industry as a versatile softener for all fibers by both the exhaustion and the padding method. Can be applied on cottons, rayon’s, acetates, wool, and nylon.
There are two ways to dissolve the product in water:
A) At room temperature – two simple steps; With 12-24h maturation of the solution (before usage)
B) At 60ºC – one step process.

WELASOFT MIS-C is a silicone softener and plasticizer used for softening binder films in textile pigment printing.
WELASOFT MIS-C has excellent softening effect on all types of substrates with all types of binders. The products is chemically inert, and can be combined with all types of chemicals used in pigment printing.
WELASOFT MIS-C increases very much the dry rubbing fastness of pigment prints, without impairing the wet fastness, if used in the proper amounts.
WELASOFT MIS-C improves very much the slippery and touches of binder films even when incorporating high amounts of inorganic pigments such as titanium – oxides, silicates and carbonates.
WELASOFT MIS-C increases the brightness of pigment prints.

Softener for jet application with good anti-static effect
EMULCINOL SIV is suitable for all fiber kinds of any presentation (loose stock, yarn, piece). It imparts a particularly soft, flowing touch as well as good antistatic properties.
EMULCINOL SIV is ideal for open-end yarns and piece good made from open-end yarns.
Further, knitwear obtains a good sewability by the application of EMUSLSIONOL SIV. The product can be applied both by padding or the exhaustion method. It is also stable in jet machines.
EMULCINOL SIV is low foaming and resistant to yellowing even at high temperatures (up to 170 C)
