THE ENTIRE VALUE CHAIN

Capital Bay is one of the very few alternative

investment managers specialised in German

real estate to offer a full service with complete

in-house vertical integration. By bringing

together the entire range of management

functions in a single investment group, we are

able to systematically span the entire real

are perfectly aligned to this value creation

process, operating automatically wherever

possible. Our assessments and valuations of

properties are focused on the perspective of

the tenant because this is where cash flow

originates.

agents have breached their obligations through gross negligence or wilful intent and to the strict liability prescribed by law. Insofar as the floor plans include

measurements and equipment, such equipment serves illustrative purposes and is not included in the sales price. Please note that the presentation of floor

plans is not necessarily scalable. It is explicitly mentioned that the condition of a certain building must correspond to the age of the building. This document

and the information contained therein is intended solely for the recipient. Their disclosure to third parties is prohibited. If the customer breaches this

obligation and a third party or other persons to whom the third party has passed on the information conclude the main contract, the customer is obliged to

pay CB&T the commission agreed with him plus the applicable VAT. Sales negotiations are conducted exclusively through Capital Bay. Inspections are

possible at any time, but after prior consultation with our sellers. Modifications and a prior sale is reserved. Should one or more of the above provisions be

invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. This shall also apply if one part of a provision is invalid but another part is valid. The

invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision between the parties which comes as close as possible to the economic interests of the contracting parties

and which otherwise does not contradict the contractual agreements.
