¡¡¡No faltes!!!

A S T Y F A K. N Dear Parishioners, The Grace and Peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Greetings from the St. Joseph Catholic Church community where I minister. I would like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation to you for your kindness, love, generosity and hospitality. I walked into an atmosphere of warmth and felt immediately welcomed by all of you and your smiling faces. I immediately felt I had come to a loving place. I would first like to say that no words of gratitude can possibly express how grateful I am to you all during my stay at the Parish and for all the help that you have given me. My stay was a period of spiritual renewal as a priest. Thank you for everything. Be assured of my continuous prayers for each one of you. May I end with the words of St. Paul to the Philippians Chapter 1:6. With Blessings I re-main, Yours in Christ,

ST. LAURENCE’S BAZAAR IS BACK! St. Laurence Catholic Church is hosting their 22nd an-nual parish bazaar the weekend of October 15-16, and would love to see some St. Theresa Parishioners there! The Bazaar had to be suspended during the con-struction of the Ave Maria Parish Life Center, a beauti-ful new facility for the parish’s religious education and ministry activities. The bazaar will be held Saturday evening, October 15, from 5:00-10:00 p.m., and all day Sunday, October 16, from 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. All the action will take place across the street from the church, on the grounds of the new Ave Maria Center. Entrance is free; food, activity and raffle tickets are available for pur-chase. There will be plenty of international foods, games and activities for all ages, rides, bingo, live mu-sic and a raffle to entertain young and old alike. A new Mini Cooper, plus four runner-up cash prizes, will be raffled at the close of the bazaar on Sunday night; raffle tickets are available for purchase at the bazaar and in advance at the parish office. O Saint Theresa of the Child Jesus, see what confidence I have in you, and welcome my

intentions. Intercede for me with the Blessed Virgin Mary, who came to smile on you when you were suffering. Look on all those undergoing distress and trials and also on all those who pray to you: I unite myself to them as my brothers and sisters.

Through the graces we desire, if it be the

Lord’s will, make us stronger in faith, hope and love on this road to eternal life. May we be assisted at the moment of death so that we may pass from

this world into the peace of the Father and know the eternal joy of being children of God. Amen.
