INTRODUCTION
Swets Group is a customer-focused Maritime, Oil & Gas organization who strives to remain cognizant of
their clients’ expectations and have placed ourselves at the centre of the dynamic shipping business in
Nigeria. Leveraging upon over three decades worth of experience, this has given us an edge over the marine
consulting companies all over the world and this transition has helped our business to grow further.
We specialize in providing top-of-the-range innovative, timely and professional support services to local
and international maritime operators in Nigeria, the West African sub-region and across the African
continent. We are a global industrial group operating in the maritime, oil and gas industry through three
divisions.
Established in Nigeria in 2014, Swets Group have managed to build up a workforce and worked with
various marine companies, vessel owner companies, oil and gas companies, and maritime associated
governing bodies in Nigeria. We aim to fill in the requisite human capacity gaps for the maritime and oil
and gas industry in Nigeria, and are committed to creating and developing continuous manpower by
deliberately developing skills, capacity building development and industrial growth for the maritime, oil
and gas sectors through strategic partnerships.

SWETS MARINE CONSULTANCY
Swets Marine Consultancy (SMC) is the business arm of Swets Group responsible for Marine consultancy
and Management Services. Incorporated in 2014, SMC has successfully managed and conducted supply
services on a number of vessels as well as manning and crewing of barges and tankers for a variety of
leading shipping companies.
SERVICES
Our responsibility to rendering consulting services in the maritime, oil & gas sectors and exploiting its full
capabilities and potentials to these markets has enabled us to win the confidence of several top notch
companies all over the world. We act as a representative for these organizations and provide support ranging
from crew placement and general human resource management of crew members to other oil servicing
needs.

Swets Energy Limited (SE) is primarily a Shipping company focused on operations and maintenance of
vessels within the Oil and Gas and Maritime Sector, as well as logistics and procurement, vessel
management, lease and charter of vessels. Incorporated in 2014, Swets Energy has stayed at the forefront
of innovative procedures while delivering quality services.
SERVICES
SE co-owns and manages a number of vessels which include DSVs, Tankers, Tugs and Barges in Nigeria,
West Africa and the Gulf of Guinea. To consolidate our fast-growing business, we are currently developing
an innovative project that will reduce cost for oil majors in their operations/logistics in the sub African
region with our international partner Swets Shipping Holland.
