Reminder: Student photo proofs were sent home on Tuesday. Orders are due by October 16. Retakes will be taking place on Monday, October 23 starting at 10:45 am. PAC Movie Afternoon: Our PAC is hosting a movie afternoon on Monday, October 23 (early dismissal day). Notices were sent home yesterday. Please ensure that permission forms and payments are returned to school by October 18. This is a hard deadline and no late submissions will be accepted.

Student Lates/Absences/After School Arrangements: Please remember to contact the office if your child is going to be late or absent for the day or longer. For safety reasons, we need to ensure that all students are accounted for as soon as possible every morning. Also, please remember that our office is extremely busy, especially after the morning

bell and at the end of the school day. Arrangements such as after school play dates, walking home with friends, taking the bus, etc. should be discussed with your child before they come to school. To avoid having to call the office, you can always put a reminder in your child’s planner so they and their teacher are informed as to what is happening at the end of the school day. Thanks in advance for your help!

Weather and Appropriate Clothing: We are sure you have noticed that the weather has become a little chillier lately, and wanted to remind you to ensure your children are appropriately dressed for the cold and wet days ahead. Please be advised that we send our students outside for fresh air, even during rainy days. We know you would agree that fresh

air and exercise are good for children, but they need to be dressed appropriately (e.g., boots and waterproof jackets with hoods days when it is raining). It is a very good idea to keep an extra change of clothes (shirt, pant, and socks) in your children’s backpacks in case they get wet during recess or lunchtime play. We appreciate and thank you for your attention to this matter.
