Come superare la paura di parlare? 1. Quando s’impara una nuova lingua, è inevitabile avere paura di parlarla. È normale e i motivi sono vari: siamo timidi, non vogliamo fare errori non vogliamo essere giudicati da chi ci ascolta, ci vergogniamo oppure non pensiamo di sapere abbastanza frasi per comunicare. Ci sono persone per cui questo sentimento è più forte e altre per cui è meno forte. È successo e succede anche a me, è inevitabile. 

 

2. Ma siamo fortunati perché, siccome noi creiamo questo blocco nella nostra testa, siamo anche noi gli unici a poterlo eliminare! È importate che siamo rilassati e tranquilli, i vocaboli e la grammatica arrivano! Vedrai che imparare l’italiano può anche essere divertente! 

 

3. Qual è la cosa peggiore che potrebbe succedere se sbagliamo? Pazienza! Non succede nulla. Anzi, abbiamo l’opportunità di imparare dai nostri errori.  L’unico modo per superare la paura di parlare è, indovinate, parlare! Parlate quando avete l’occasione! Purtroppo, non esiste una bacchetta magica, ma possiamo mettere in pratica qualche trucco per sentirci più a nostro agio quando conversiamo.

cominciare a conversare in italiano nei ristoranti o nei locali italiani 

parlare a voce alta con voi stessi

1. Sonia: L’anno scorso ho potuto conoscere I’Irlanda in occasione del Taste of West Cork Festival, una manifestazione dedicata al cibo e ai prodotti locali.  Mark: Quest’anno ho scoperto le tante e varie manifestazioni presenti in Italia.  2. Sonia: Ho mangiato piatti buonissimi che ho voluto replicare anche nella mia cucina, una volta tornata a Milano. Mi sono piaciuti in particolare, la colazione irlandese con le buonissime uova, i formaggi e la zuppa, queste sono solo alcune delle bontà che ho gustato durante la mia avventura.  Mark: In Italia si mangia molto bene. A Bologna, per esempio il piatto più buono,  ed il mio preferito, sono le tagliatelle al ragù.   3. Sonia: Ma, come sai, io amo visitare i mercati – non me li lascio mai scappare! – e così mi sono concessa una visita all’English Market a Cork, che mi ha accolto con i suoi colori e la sua vivacità: carne, pesce, verdure, pane, dolci… un vero paradiso per gli amanti di cucina come me! Mark: Mi fa pensare a Palermo, la città più importante e grande della Sicilia. I mercati di Palermo sono speciali e famosi e sono pieni di colori e profumi di tutta la regione. Dovete assolutamente visitarli.  4. Sonia: Non mi sono però limitata solo al cibo durante la visita in Irlanda! Il mio viaggio, poi, mi ha portato nella penisola di Mizen Head a West Cork, il punto più a sud dell’Irlanda.  Mark: Dopo un po’ di tempo a Bologna sono andato a Palermo. Quest’anno ho, anche, scoperto il punto più a sud dell’Italia, la punta Pesce Spada nell’isola siciliana di Lampedusa.  5. Sonia: L’Irlanda è un bellissimo paese. Mi ha regalato il calore delle persone che mi hanno accolto a braccia aperte. Ci sono davvero tante similarità tra I’Irlanda e l’Italia! Mark: Mi piace moltissimo I’Italia. Secondo me ci sono molte similarità tra le due nazioni.
