Guidance

BCA seeks to maximize capital funding through all

levels of eligibility and leverage assets from a

variety of consultants. We assisted 16 districts with

passing bonds in 2018 (June and November), most

of which have State fund eligibility.

partnerships with industry experts to deliver

educational facilities that are globally

Sustainability

BCA is a leader in sustainable design, featuring
