Formación Ministerial Nivel I 2021-2022- TUCSON
El propósito de la Formación Ministerial Nivel I es un curso para toda persona en la Diócesis de Tucson que desee comprender lo fun-damentos de la fe cristiana y cómo transmitirla a otros. En particular, es para líderes parroquiales, catequistas, maestros, padres de familia que educan en el hogar y aquellos involucrados en ministerios pastorales o litúrgicos. La Formación consiste en una amplia gama de áreas de especialización tales como: Formación Espiritual, Sagrada Escritura, Fundamen-tos de Teología, Liturgia y Sacramentos, Moral Cristiana y Metodología. El programa ofrece oportunidades para el desarrollo espiritual de cada persona. Al mismo tiempo, brinda el conocimiento y las habilidades para varios ministerios pastorales. La Meta es:
1. Poder fortalecer la cultura de la formación y la identidad ministerial dentro de los laicos comprometidos. 2. Proporcionar una sólida formación teológica, pastoral, espiritual y humana a los laicos comprometidos. 3. Desarrollar liderazgo pastoral con los laicos comprometidos en nuestras Parroquias y Movimientos Eclesiales. Ministerial Formation Level I 2021-2022- TUCSON
The purpose of Level I Ministerial Formation is a course for everyone in the Diocese of Tucson who wishes to understand the funda-mentals of the Christian faith and how to pass it on to others. It is particularly for parish leaders, catechists, teachers, homeschooling par-ents, and those involved in pastoral or liturgical ministries. The Training consists of a wide range of areas of expertise such as: Spiritual Formation, Sacred Scripture, Fundamentals of Theology, Liturgy and Sacraments, Christian Morals, and Methodology. The program offers opportunities for the spiritual development of each person. At the same time, it provides the knowledge and skills for various pasto-ral ministries. The goal is:
1. To be able to strengthen the culture of formation and ministerial identity within the committed laity. 2. Provide a solid theological, pastoral, spiritual, and human formation to the committed laity. 3. Develop pastoral leadership with the laity committed to our Parishes and Ecclesial Movements. Important Note: Those who have already completed Level I of Ministerial Training, the Office of Hispanic Ministry will be contacting you personally for Level II A and B Ministerial Formation.

Sacred Heart of Jesus Prayer Group The Sacred Heart of Jesus Prayer Group is resuming, and we welcome all prayerful souls interested in enhancing their spiritu-ality and knowledge of Sacred Scripture. Our prayer group will be following a contemplative format known as Lectio Divina, trans-lated as Divine Reading, which involves a process of meditation and reflection on the upcoming Sunday readings, along with rev-erent prayers, songs, and worship, designed to foster commun-ion with God. We will be meeting Thursday nights from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the Parish dining room. See you there!

Lector’s Workshop - Thursday, August 26, 2021 All lectors (readers) are asked to attend a Lector’s Workshop to receive training. The workshop will be conducted two times, Thurs-day, August 26th at 10:00 a.m. and at 7:00 p.m. in the Church. All current and new lectors are required to attend one of the workshops.
