Project Andrew Events for Young Men in High School: Project Andrew Events for Young Men in High School: Project Andrew Events for Young Men in High School: Project Andrew Events for Young Men in High School: An Invitation from Jesus Christ to “Follow Me.” Jesus Christ is calling you to follow Him. It’s a fact. The question which remains is-what does that look like for you? What is it about a relationship with Jesus Christ that has the power to transform a boy into a man-a man willing to lay down his life for his friends as a spiritual father and priest? Join Archbishop Joseph Naumann, Vocation Director Fr. Dan Morris, seminarian Aaron Waldeck, and area priests, as together we unpack those two simple but life-giving words of Jesus: “Follow me” (Matthew 4:19). We are excited to once again offer an invitation to journey with the Vocation Director and area priests–just like Andrew, Simon, James, and John did with Jesus. They didn’t settle for one encounter with Christ, but sought a close relationship with him. This high school group will meet regularly for formation, prayer, conversation, brotherhood, and growth in both faith and virtue. The goal is to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ in a way that will prepare you to say “Yes” to the vocation God calls you to, whatever that may be. Project Andrew is Sunday, October 10th at Christ the King (October 3rd 1-4 pm at Church of the Ascension, Overland Park). Come and see how your next few years can be more fulfilling, rather than risk getting lost in the culture and temptations of the day. This is an invitation every young man should take seriously. Register at https://archkck.org/vocations/events/project-andrew. Questions can be directed to [email protected] or call 913-647-0303
