ACCOMMODATION


Sadara currently provides expatriates with either accommodation (based on the candidates status and housing availability) or a housing allowance.

Single/Bachelor Married - Fully furnished one bedroom apartment.

Family – Fully furnished two/three bedroom villa/apartment.

Any company provided housing will be in Western Style compound.

Housing allowance - Will be paid every month to the candidate.

Approximately 10 - 30 minutes to Sadara location.

MOBILIZATION


Job Offer Mobilization The 1st Day & Endorsement

Once the applicant clears background and references checks and necessary medical tests a formal offer will be issued.

Upon acceptance of the formal offer candidate can resign and serve the notice period.

Our team will coordinate arrangements for entry visa, airfareand hotel.

Prior to arrival of the new hire to the KSA we will request accommodation in the hotel for the first 2 weeks.

On the first day employee will sign employment contract and necessary paperwork.

Once these formalities are completed employee will be endorsed to respective line manager and in case of OJT to the training team.
