1. High vacuum heat pipe was developed by NASA in order to

SAEBIT’s LED products overcame the limit of previous LED lighting !

dissipate high temperature inner heat of spacecraft. It consists of a sealed pipe made of stainless steel and filled with working fluid.It can quickly transfer heat from one point to another without any additional mechanical device. This heat pipe technology makes our LED products outstanding.

d tproducts. Most previous LED Street Lights using Power LED have been used at only 200~300mA because they could not properly dissipate the higher heat generated at the higher electric currents. Saebit Tech solved this issue with Ultra vacuum technology and enabled the Power LED to be used at 600 800mA which maximize thethe Power LED to be used at 600~800mA, which maximize the efficiency of Power LED.

The special technology of heat dissipation with high vacuum heat pipe maximized the light intensity

and brightness of LED lighting. This technology can be separated into Ultra vacuum technology,

(3) Pi E i T h l(3) Pipe Expansion TechnologyCombining aluminum heat sink and stainless steel heat conductor without any leakage of inner heat transferring medium, the technology of expanding stainless steel pipe from 16mm to 17.5mm diameter in a very short time is yessential. Welding or glue had to be avoided because these can decrease heat conduction efficiency. The equipment creating 700 kg/ ㎠ of water pressure for pipe expanding made this job done.

LED VS METAL HALIDE FOR STREET LIGHTS

• Illumination intensity over the streetMetal halide street lights provide good illumination intensity directly under the light, but not in the area between the lights (approx. 30m). CHARACTERISTICS OF LED LIGHTS

Low power consumptionBasically LED has no filaments, that results in energy saving up to 60~80%. A 250 watt metal halide fixture would typically be replaced by a 125 to 150 watt LED fixture.

Long Rated LifeWhile the most efficient pulse-start metal halide lamps are rated for 9,000 hours, LEDs are rated for more than 50,000~100,000 hours of useful life.

Lumen MaintenanceLumen MaintenanceNormally the light's brightness become worse as time goes on, but there is almost no changes in the LED light's brightness over time. For example, at the beginning of a metal halide lamp's operation, it puts out a high quantity of useful light. By the end of its rated life, the lamp is down to about 60 percent of its original light output. Not only do LEDs last longer, but at the end of their rated life they are still producing more than 90 percent of their original light output. In addition to that no filament produces no chance of failure.
