3. ‘Please Wait’ message when system is busy

Previously it was not always obvious when the system was busy retrieving or saving information. We have added a new onscreen message to inform the user when the system is busy performing an action. The user will typically see this message when saving changes or navigating to a new section.

4. Turnaround of Common Grazings

If you submitted Common Grazings online in 2011, you can use the ‘Turn around Common Grazing’ button to fill in the Common Grazing section. If you submit Common Grazings online in 2012, you will be able to use this feature in 2013.

5. Changed order of LMO Quality Assurance and New LMO sections

Certain selections in the Quality Assurance section are carried over to the New Land Manager Opt section. In previous years, this meant having to go back a stage to check that the options had carried over.

6b. Improved documentation - Documents now display prominent titles

Previously it was not always easy to identify a document from the front cover. This was of particular inconvenience to Agents when dealing with a large volume of documents from multiple clients. In response to this, we have added prominent titles to the front page of the documents.
