Training and Education
Beacon Mutual is pleased to offer our policyholders a wide variety of educational programs to ensure a safe and productive workplace. We offer on-site training, open seminars and online training. All our safety trainings are at no additional cost to Beacon policyholders.
On-Site Safety Training
Beacon’s loss prevention staff can provide a range of safety awareness training classes at our policyholder locations. Training topics include defensive driving, ergonomics, slip trip & fall prevention, to supervisor safety awareness, etc. Programs are conducted at times that best meet our policyholders’ needs. Proactive safety training helps to build a positive safety culture and reduce the costs associated with workers’ compensation insurance.

All seminars are FREE to Beacon policyholders. Beacon Mutual’s safety seminars focus on more than 50 different workplace safety topics and OSHA programs to help you prevent and control accidents and claims.
