Safety and Reliability Society 2017

Please can you help?• SaRS is run by the Council and Branch Committees who know

and understand Safety and Reliability – we are all volunteers – It’s run by the members for the members

• We promote Safety and Reliability learning, development and recognition across all industries in the UK and Internationally

• We see recruitment of new members as being critical to the future success of the organisation

• We want to ask YOU, as a member of SaRS, to “Get a colleague to join” and help us recruit more members to SaRS

• There’s a £10 M&S voucher for every person you recruit

Get a colleague to join• You must know someone in your organisation who is working

in Safety and/or Reliability who could benefit from being a SaRS member?

• If so please can we ask you to spend a few minutes talking to them and help them understand the benefits of being a member – see the attached “benefits of being a member” presentation

• There are 5 types of membership from Student to Fellow• It’s not just for engineers – mathematicians, physicists,

chemists, psychologists, sociologists, etc. working in the field can (and do) join and benefit as members

Good for you - Good for your organisation - Good for the profession
