How to be safe in case of earhtquake?

Before an Earthquake

Be ready with your disaster kit.

Fasten cabinets, shelves and hanging objects to the

wall and ceiling properly.

To reduce danger,

put heavy and

breakable objects

from high shelves to

lower shelves.

Do not put bed near

breakable objects like

windows, chandelier

and mirrors.

During an Earthquake

Duck, Cover and Hold

Go away from objects that may break of fall.

Go away from objects that may break of fall.

When outdoors, move away from trees, electric posts

and buildings that may collapse.

When in a building, do not use the elevator. Take the

stairs instead.

When living near bodies of water, evacuate to

safer areas.

After an Earthquake

Listen for news and updates.

Check your house for damages before totally

going back.
