SAFETY & OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS T U L S A I N S P E C T I O N R E S O U R C E S A C Y P R E S S E N E R G Y P A R T N E R S C O M P A N Y SAFETY Tulsa Inspection Resources, LLC's ("TIR") Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department is based in the Tulsa, OK corporate office. TIR's EHS policies for both the US and Canada hold a 100% compliance rating in ISNetworld for RAVs and RAVs+. In 2016, ISNetworld recognized TIR as an "ISN Featured Contractor" due to its performance and efforts to ensure compliance. TIR is also a premier member of PEC, Avetta, Browz, and CCS risk assessment agencies. TIR Prides itself in being an industry leader in safety performance and proactive engagement with clients and employees. TIR's EHS metrics illustrate this effort by continually producing results above industry standards. TIR is driven by doing things the right way for the right reason. Safety training is provided by TIR directly and/or by trusted third-party entities such as JJ-Keller, the National Safety Council, and others. TIR utilizes an in-house database for all training provided as well as ISNetworld's database for easy client access and confirmation of each employee's records along with required Operator Qualification records. OQ PROGRAM TIR ensures each employee is safety trained and OQ certified by our subject matter experts through a combination of classroom and CBT evaluations, including both written and knowledge assessments and performance evaluations, to validate the technical knowledge and skills of each employee. DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE POLICY PTC, ASAP, and DISA member Every inspector must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check as required by DOT Random drug tests are required throughout the period of employment Post-accident drug testing is done in the rare instance of on-the-job or traffic accidents Non-DOT random drug testing is conducted upon client request Positive tests call for immediate removal from client right-of-way and termination of employment

We CANNOT accept/support:

Images embedded in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect filesPowerpoint files or images embedded in a powerpoint presentationGraphics embedded in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)True Type Fonts (fonts with a TT logo)Graphics captured from the internet (low res RGB images)

Sending Editorial Material:

If you are sending text for use in a What’s New Presentation, MEA’s website, Energy Delivery News & Solutions, or eConnection, any pc formatted text file can be accepted. (.txt or .doc)

Images sent for print editorial purposes must be hi-res, 300 dpi and in a.jpeg, .eps, or .tif file format.

Web-only publication files may be sent as .jpeg and .png at the highestdpi available.

A physical size of at 2”x2”is preferred. Please do not artifically bump up theresolution in Photoshop, this sacrifices physical size, quality, and sharpnessof the image. Lo-res images (72 dpi) cannot be converted to hi-res.
