Cut one piece of FOE, about 16” long 2. Fold in half, right sides together, and sew short ends together with a narrow seam and stretch stitch. 3. Turn right side out, flatten with the seam at the centre and open, and topstitch with a stretch stitch. 4. With the seam side down, set in snaps, the studs on each end, facing up, and the sockets about 2” and 3” in from studs (check on pants for placement) 5. Materials:
