• We need 3 volunteers who are willing to help with this exercise – No harm will come to you, no
heavy lifting required
Everyone Freeze! • On your paper write down:
– What physical sensations do you feel?
– What emotions do you feel?
– What actions were you contemplating taking?
– What response did you expect from your actions?
– Did we “push your button”?
