Dear Sir, Sealed and superscripted quotations are invited to provide hire vehicle during 20lg - 2020 for the Executive MSETCL Badnera as detailed in schedule -'A' is enclosed here with subject to following terms & conditions. Terms & Conditions :- 1) The rates should be quoted on firm quotation basis. 2) Sealed and superscripted quotation should reach to this of'fice on or before 05.o4.2ol9and same will be open on 05.04.2019 if possible. 3) The quotation may please be submitted in a sealed and superscripted as "Quotation for hiring ofvehicle,, for the period of20l9 - 2020, to the Executive Engineer Major Store .A, Badnera. 4) Average of vehicle should be at least I 6 Km per liter for Non AC. 5) vehicle owner should posses clear documents such as registration certificate, valid and updated tax certificate/receipt under B.M.v. tax act, valid and updated insurance, valid and updated PUC certificate, vatid and updated raxi permit, valid and updated fitness certificate, valid and updated service tar registration certificate (ifapplicable), valid and updated shop & establishmeni certificate, valid and updated driving license of.driver, PAN card copies ofvender/service provider etc., should be enclosed without fail at the time ofsubmission. Any quotation not accompanied by the said document shall be rejected and will not be taken into consideration under any circumstances whatsoever. Driver should posses above documents while travelling' All RTo formalities during the hiring period are to be observed by you /will abide on you. Agency will have to submit the above said documents along with this quotation. 6)Themanufactureyearofvehicleshouldnotbeolderthan03(Three)yearsfortotalserviceofhirevehicleperiodduring zolg-2o2o.Thecondition of vehicle' tyres etc' should be good and satisfactory along with the provision of mobile charging facility & good seating arrangement of cousion having seat cover's with pocket. During traveling for office work if anything goes wrong with vehicle & its accessories due to non maintaining these in order, owner/vendor will be solely responsible 7) Execution ofagreement on stamp paper ofappropriate amount will have to be executed by vender / service provider and it will bear by vendor /service provider. 8) Diesel will be provided by MSETCL at the average run rate as mentioned as above. 9) Income taVGST if applicable will be deducted from your bills. 10)Every expenditure against maintenance/repair of hire vehicle will bear/sustain by vendor/service provider and MSETCL will not entertain for it. l1) During duty period of hiring of vehicle, all risks pertaining to driver and vehicle due to any accident will be agency,s responsibility. MSETCL will not be responsible for any damage, accident any types of loss of vehicre/ driver. 12) The jurisdiction for running of vehicle shall be normally all the districts of vidarbha and as per the situation arised for MSETCL work. 13) Payments shall be effected by NC payee cheque within reasonable time period after submission of bills in triplicate along with necessary Vouchers etc. and availability of fund of MSETCL. 14) Hiring charges will be paid for working days of the vehicle only. The duty hours of the vehicle will be normally 12 hrs. i.e; from 09:00 hrs to 2l :00 hrs' However, vehicle may be required for additional hours than specified for which no extra amount will be paid. The vehicle should also be available during emergency other than the specified time and as per MSETCL,s requirement. l5) The under signed reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.
