Statement: I make film photographs on my 1970s Bronica camera. I shoot Fujichrome velvia color transparencies documenting vanishing America as I see it
from the road. I do not stage or digitally alter my images. I produce archival quality prints on fine art paper.
Statement: With a 50 yr old film camera and battery powered colored lights, I shoot 10-30 min exposures in dark city corners. Through my lighting, thesestark places instead become beautiful, inviting and fanciful. The large negatives are scanned and the final photos are ultrachrome inkjet prints.
