BISHOP DAVID J. WALKOWIAK ASKS US TO PRAY FOR OUR SEMINARIANS
Loving God, raise up dedicated leaders who will shepherd your people and guide them to your Son. Give generous and willing hearts to the seminarians of our Diocese who have heard your call to live a life of service to the Church. Help us to encourage and support them as they strive to become priests who are models of discipleship, possessors of wisdom and on fire with love for your people. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
We especially pray for: Dominic Couturier

Help support our seminarians and priests - Bishop Walkowiak wants your feedback! The Diocese of Grand Rapids will be conducting a feasibility study throughout July and August, and Bishop Walkowiak would like to hear from you. The study will gather feedback on a potential diocesan-wide capital campaign to support our seminarians and priests. A high level of responses from Catholics throughout West Michigan is needed to aid the bishop in making an informed decision on whether to move forward. Potential campaign goals include investing in the education of our grow-ing number of seminarians, supporting specialized education for our priests, and funding the Priest Retirement Fund. The Steier Group, a Catholic development and fundraising firm, has been hired to conduct the study. A final recommendation on the viability of the campaign will be made in the early fall. Visit dioceseofgrandrapids.org for additional de-tails on how you can participate. Stay tuned to the bulletin throughout the study for regular updates.
