We are grateful to our faithful parishioners and welcome our neighbors and guests who visit us occasionally. We want you to know that you are always welcome! All parishioners should be registered with the parish office. Please notify the parish if you change your address or move out of the parish. Certificates of eligibility to sponsor at Baptism or Confirmation will be given only to registered parishioners who are active and practicing Catholics.

We offer religious education for children of registered parishioners, who attend public school grades 1-8. In addition, preparation for the Sacraments of First Penance, First Holy Communion and Confirmation is also provided for students who attend Catholic schools. Please check our website or contact the Office of Religious Education for information.

Due to privacy laws, we are no longer notified when parishioners are admitted to local hospitals. We are happy to visit sick or homebound parishioners when requested by family members. Please call the parish office to make arrangements. Emergency sick calls can be made at anytime by calling the parish office and selecting 9. Stewardship Reflection

be persistent whether it is convenient or inconvenient... 2 Tm. 4:2 It is not always convenient to be a good steward, especially when all the temptations of our busy and materialistic world get in the way. Now add our own pride and ego into the equation and living a stewardship lifestyle may be downright uncomfortable! Remember, God didnt call us to be comfortable. He called us to be faithful.

    Second Collection

The collection for World Mission Sunday will be taken up next weekend, October 22nd & 23rd. The proceeds from this collection benefit the Society for the Propagation of the Faith, the American Board for Catholic Missions and the Catholic New East Welfare Association. Thank you for your support.

    Sharing the Gospel

The widow in Jesus' story never gave up. She needed help. She kept asking for help over and over until the judge gave her what she needed. God is so much more loving than the judge in Jesus' story. If you need help, you can ask God over and over. Don't give up. Tell God when you are hurt. Tell God when you need help. He listens carefully to you, and he enjoys helping children who love him.
