Community Spring Fling Social Event —Dinner, Auction & Dance!

Public Event for entire Community! Proceeds to benefit Parish Hall Kitchen remodel project. How could you help this parish event? One way may be to consider a donated auction item. If you have a busi-ness, could you consider donating skills, services or goods? As an individual, could you donate an item for a silent auction? Auction items will generate interest in this event and we are ready to publicize now. Another help is a gift of your time. Now is a good time to give consideration to your calling. We are in year two of this fundraising goal and would love to get started on the project, but all funds must be in place first. Please call Suzanne at 541-219-0279 or Teresa at 541-417-0513 if you can help in any capacity. Assistance such as: food serv-ing, decorating. live auction coordinator, dance music, set-up, clean-up, ticket sales, and more is needed. A sign-up sheet is now available at the entrance of the church. Opportunities to help are highlighted in yellow.
