1 • The purpose of this bid opening session is to inform Bidders of the contents of the Letter of Conveyance (Form Sheet A) submitted by consortia in the commercial envelope on the Bid Submission Date. • The bid opening results announced and displayed on the screen during this session do not represent Bidder ranking or Bidder's compliance with RFP requirements of the Project. • The bid opening results announced and displayed on the screen do not constitute a determination by REPDO of the outcome of the bidding process. • Following the public opening of bids, REPDO shall evaluate the bids received to verify compliance with the requirements of the RFP.
