The Waytouch Premier™ is a tried and tested Award-Winning interactive wayfinding solution for digital displays and kiosks. Popular uses include multi-floor / multi-building turn by turn route animation directions, event integration with wayfinding, dynamic pop-ups with images and videos and more!

With the 3D map views, users will have the capability to pinch, zoom, and rotate the map around 360 degrees. For off-premise exterior multi-building wayfinding we offer Bird’s Eye view to receiving real-time turn by turn directions from the building you are in, to another.

Step 1: complete online “Build Your Own” form

Upon receiving your completed form, we will immediately review it and then do some basic research on your establishment to get a better understanding of your company, products, and services. After review, we will reach out to you to schedule a creative call.

Step 2: creative discovery (phone call 1)

This is where the magic beings! On our call, we go over your project in depth to get a clear understanding of your detailed concept requirements, objectives, preferences, brand logo, colors, etc. Within 6-9 business days of our first call, we will have the first draft of content emailed to you for review.

Step 3: review mock up (phone call 2)

10-19 business days into the design process. You will evaluate the content and send us your valuable constructive feedback. You may like a new combination of layouts, colors, and fonts from different content to create a new design.

Step 4: review mock up (phone call 3)

19-28 business days into the design process. Based on your feedback, we make necessary changes and send you the revised content pieces. We keep making tweaks, adjustments, and changes until you get the Design Look & Feel you want.

Step 5: sign off on project (phone call 4)

37 – 45 business days into the design process. Review the final content pieces. If adjustments are needed let us know, if not, sign off on the final design. Within seven business days of you signing off on the content, the content will be completed, and your order will ship. If needed (for installation reasons) hardware can ship before the content being complete.

There is no limit to initial project design time hours, slides or graphic design. All-inclusive graphic design set-up and software configuration is included.

17. How does my logo, branding, and company information get added to the content?

When placing your order let us know what media zones you would like, provide your logo and other branding requirements. Our design team will creatively incorporate everything.

18. What type of news feeds can be displayed?

Examples of include ESPN, Yahoo, New York Times, Reuters, etc. No recurring fees for news feeds.

19. How are the media zones managed?

Images, product brochures, video commercials, PowerPoint files, PDFs and other media files can be featured in the gallery. You can delete and add digital media files using Google Drive.

20. Is their a limit to the media zones I can feature in the directory?

You can choose as many features as you need. Pricing remains the same regardless of the number of features you choose.

21. Once the system is installed who will train my staff? After the system is installed, a member of support training team will provide 120 minutes of training, a user manual, access to unlimited phone and email support.
