Why Salesforce Data Integration?

•  Started with Salesforce in 2007 •  We now have 15 seats

•  Needed to move order processing, sales, customer information into Salesforce CRM from Agility, a hosted system via flat file •  Address, terms, codes, summary sales, special instructions

•  Because of housing downturn, needed a cost-effective, but robust integration solution

?

since”

•  Upgraded to Express to automate process •  Reps know they can count on the information and are

going to have the latest and greatest

•  After every business day, upload address, terms, codes, summary sales, special instructions •  5K, 1 run/day •  Express’ usage-based pricing & scheduling capability
