WHY SANDOWN PARK
FACILITIES & FLOORPLANSSURREY HALL
The largest of our two exhibition halls, the Surrey Hall is directly adjacent to the main entrance and registration foyer and
provides an excellent ground floor drive-in facility with just under 3,000m2 of space. The hall enjoys natural daylight and
features multiple loading doors and over four metres of headroom for larger displays. With an organiser’s office, dedicated
catering areas and adjacent seminar rooms, the Surrey Hall has the flexibility to cater for large scale events.
The hire charges are £7,000 + VAT per set-up & breakdown day and £9,400 + VAT per event day.
This hall is self-contained with its own organiser’s office, dedicated entrance and catering facilities. With 1,200m2 of ground
floor indoor exhibition space, the Esher Hall is an ideal facility for smaller launch exhibitions, perhaps to test the market, or
private market research events such as car clinics and it’s also an excellent add on to the Surrey Hall.
The hire charges are £2,240 + VAT per set-up & breakdown day and £2,995 + VAT per event day.

Extensions to standard access hours may be possible
and are charged at £300 + VAT per hour.
You may also have to budget for the following

HOW TO FIND US
BY CAR
From London, take the A3 and follow the brown venue signs to Sandown
Park. Exit A3 on to the A307 and continue to follow the brown venue signs.
Alternatively, from the M25, exit at Junction 10 and follow the A3 towards
London then exit onto the A307 and follow the brown venue signs.
If using a Sat Nav, please enter ‘Portsmouth Road’ rather than the Sandown
Park postcode - this will bring you to our main car park which is just off the
A307 (Esher High Street) and is directly in front of the main entrance.
PARKING
There is plenty of on-site car parking available for all exhibitions and events
at Sandown Park. For electric car users, there are four Polar “fast charge”
points in operation in the main car park.
BY TRAIN
Esher rail station is just a 15 minute walk from the main entrance. Visitors
should turn left out of the station onto Station Road and then right at the
T- junction to join the A307 Portsmouth Road. The entrance to Sandown
Park is on the right hand side. Alternatively there is a taxi rank at the station.
Please note that Esher rail station is located outside of Zones 1-6 and that
Oyster Cards are not valid when travelling to Esher. A paper ticket must be
purchased in advance of travelling.
BY AIR
London airports Heathrow and Gatwick are approximately 12 and 25 miles
away by road respectively.

The racecourse is located in a picturesque parkland setting in the town of
Esher, Surrey. It is within the M25 and only 25 minutes by train from London
Waterloo or 15 miles from South West London.
