We Will Have Our Fall Festival/Block Party on Saturday, October 21st
from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be events for all ages including games, music, and food. In case of rain, the event will be moved inside to the lower level.
The Scheduled Fellowship Meal for October 18th has been cancelled since we are going to have our Neighborhood Block Party and Fall Festival on Saturday, October 21st.
Our Church Custodian will be out on sick leave for a while. If you can help clean the church, see Pastor Ed or E.B. Daniel.
L.A.C.E. will not be meeting on Thursday, October 19th. Instead, L.A.C.E. will be working at the Block Party on Saturday, October 21st.
Dedication For Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes will be Sunday, November 12th. Please return shoeboxes before the dedication.
Join Us Wednesday Mornings for our deacon sponsored prayer meetings “A Time with God” 9:00-9:30 a.m.
The Red Truck Ministry is starting a Saturday schedule the second and fourth weeks of the month. If anyone is interested in helping, please contact the LBA office at 434-316-8382. We will be collecting beanie weenies and tuna for The Red Truck Ministry, which are greatly needed. Fruit cups are also needed. Please remember to check expiration dates.
LBA Fall Meeting will be on Tuesday, October 17th at 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church.
