Customer: Ministry of Defence Malaysia Established on 31 August 1957;

Mission: Strengthen the management of strategic importance to national defence, national

sovereignty and integrity secure.

Challenges: Satellite link with over 600ms latency to connect the remote sites.

To enable efficient communication, the MOD has built a video conference system. However,

the latency and limited bandwidth problems have almost caused the video conference

unusable;
