In 1971, PALING Industries was established to produce uPVC

pipes and fittings in Malaysia and through the years has expanded

its wide range of products from pipes and fittings to sanitary

products like plastic cisterns and other accessories for various

applications in water and building industries.

In 2001, PALING entered into a global partnership with the

Etex Plastics Group, now known as Aliaxis, a world leader in

plastic piping systems. With a reputation equally based on

the same high principles of customer service, product

excellence and technical innovation, a substantial investment

program has taken place to support these common aims.

(Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia). Such

A close-coupled cistern with a water saving device, dual flush

system (6/3 litres or 9/3 litres), for floor standing and wall mounted

wash-out and wash-down closets.

Factory set is 6 litres. The unit incorporates insulation against water

condensation, low noise float valve 506 and a three-sided

connection feature. Fixation of the cistern is adjustable (Breadth

127-233, Depth 150 ± 25).

Supplied with:

A Flushing cistern complete with 1/2'' angle valve, chromium

plated joint pipe, 2 sealing collars, fastening material and full

INSTALLATION

SWAN-Installation Instructions

Mount the element over WC Connector (click in the clamp).

Close the clamp. Install WC Connector according to WC-bowl dimensions. Bend open metal fixtures on both sides of the elements.

Move the element aside, drill holes, insert plugs and fix elements with screws.

Connect to water supply, insert and close covering plate.

Position the element and mark drill holes.

..Insert filling block. Mount wall-hung WC after bricklaying plastering, tiling and filling joints.

Prepare element for bricklaying, insert protection caps and plaster guard, cover bolts with protection pipe and..

Insert operating panel from down upwards.

Installation completed. Mount frame for operating panel adjust operating bolt.Pay attention to mounting advices.
