• ECDL e-skills development programmes for public servants were:– selected as part of Romanian Government public administration

reform strategy 2007-2013;– delivered at a large scale;– successfully contributing to the objectives of the public

administration reform in Romania.

• Case can be easily adapted and used elsewhere.
