The production support activities that YASH provided were:Extra Milestones

Created a uniform backup policy for both the Chakan and Jalgaon sites

Constructed a disaster recovery plan

Created a strategy to move the SAP servers from Jalgaon to the Chakan site

Performed complete health checks for all the SAP servers once a week

Configured SMTP node to send emails from SAP

General Ledger Budgeting and Control: YASH streamlined the process for expense tracking and provided reports for employee related expenses, which allowed the client to gain control of employee expenditures. The automation of budget control eliminated paper work and reduced manual errors.

Implementation of Product Costing: YASH re-engineered the processes for product costing, following SAP best practices. The client could now view accurate cost details at every level, which gave managers more effective decision-making tools.
