SAP Brand Guidelines

Color Palette

SAP Gold is our primary differentiator and should be used in your design. In a sea of technology brands that use blue predominantly, we stand out. Our primary colors are founded in our SAP Heritage. When used together, they’re immediately recognizable and are at the heart of our brand.

White and black ground our system and balance out our palette. They may be used for:

• Neutral support and contrast

• Background colors

• Text colors

• Structure and definition in illustrations

A palette of neutral grays is included to increase the system’sflexibility. They may be used for:

• Screen-based typography

• Designating a content area, such as a side bar

• Neutral grays only appear against white or black.

Blue, Purple, Orange and Green are our secondary colors. This vivid secondary palette adds visual contrast to the foundational colors and signals our brand’s vibrancy.

The SAP Logo

• The logo should not be altered or distorted in any way.

• The logo should always be clearly visible and create striking contrast against all backgrounds. The letters in "SAP" should always be white, never transparent.

• Clear Space: No text, graphic elements or other items should extend into the defined clear space. The clear space surrounding our logo measures half its height.

• The logo should not be smaller than: • 40 pixel heights for digital applications • 0.375" or 9.5 mm height for print applications

The SAP Font

• If you would like to use text Benton Sans is our preferred typeface. We mainly use the Light, Book, Medium and Bold typestyles in our communication. In case you do not have Benton Sans, you may use Arialas substitute.
