development artifact and release

the “change” only when the artifact

is ready to promote to the test

In SAP HANA 1.0 SPS06 three different roles got distinguished:

Display: view everything but does not allow to change anythingExecute Transport: view everything and run pre-defined transports

Administrator: allowed to use all features of SAP HANA Application Lifecycle Mana

With SAP HANA 1.0 SPS07 in addition the following new roles are introduced:

ProductAdministrator: This role allows the user to create and delete HANA produc

delete delivery units, assignment of delivery units to products and packages to delive

TransportAdministrator: The transport administrator is able to execute all transpor

related tasks (add systems, create routes, etc.).
