Workflows

Fee Collection for new License (by logging in as “cash”)  

Scrutiny is done (by logging in as “officer”), once this is done it generates an Inward File no.

Recording test Result. (by logging in as “Inspector”)

Assigning License Number (by logging in as “supdt”)

Recording full details about the person (by logging in as “officer”)

Record Biometric for that particular applicant. (by logging in as “supdt”)

Choose approval or disapproval (by logging in as “officer”)

Once it is approved, print the Learner License. ( by logging in as “operator”)

Logging in as a Treasury in Sarathi

For Fee Collection logging in as a user type of “cash”  

Fee Collection Module Collect the License Fees by entering the Applicant Details and Class

of Vehicles

Fee Receipt Module To Print fee receipt for the Learner License

Scrutiny Module Scrutiny is done by logging in as “officer”, once this is done it

generates an Inward File no.

File Status Module The status of the files to be completed by the “inspector” is being

displayed

Recording Test Result Module To Record the test Result by logging in as “Inspector”

File Status Module Assigning License Number by logging in as “supdt” (contu..)

Assigning License Number Module Assigning License Number by logging in as “supdt”

File Status Module Recording full details about the person by logging in as “officer” (contu..)
