Sarita Mann Design Studio will soon be rolling into its second year. Along the way many of my retailers have become close friends of mine and I hope to foster many more. In this short time I’ve created over 100 greetings and recently added box sets, art prints and gift tags. I’m always looking to expand my product line to keep things fresh for you and me, so here’s to doing just that.

When I started designing my stationery I wanted to create greetings that shared a feeling, used a lot of colour and were playful and fun. I’d like to think there is a unique card for everyone.

All of the paper products are printed locally in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Using high quality FSC-certified paper stocks and environmentally responsible printing methods because sustainable practices are as important as the designs.

This year I put together a Kickstarter campaign to help get me to the National Stationery Show in NYC. Although I wasn’t able to reach my crowdfunding goal, I learned a few things and gained a ton of

support. I received positive press to help promote my efforts, not to mention my campaign was shared over 400 times on Facebook. The 3 minute promotional video turned out to be a great way for retailers to get a better sense of my product and meet me.

If you are a new retailer I encourage you to watch the video. I promise you’ll enjoy the fun clip which also showcases the city of Vancouver, where my stationery line was born.

I had a great first show, exhibiting my stationery in the #fresh section of NSS at the Jacob Javits Center in NYC. New friendships were forged with paper lovers like myself and I can’t wait to see them all next year at NSS and NY NOW.

Here’s to another great year for Sarita Mann Design Studio and continuing to deliver fun new products and moving forward.

TURNAROUND TIMETypically 3-4 days, however turnaround times sometimes may vary. Please get in touch regarding your delivery date.

Holiday orders ship out by a specified date each season. Please inquire.

SHIPPINGAll shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and are included in your invoice. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped with a PDF invoice and tracking information.

Please notify me if you have an urgent order. Expedited shipping is availble at an additional cost. Sarita Mann Design Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays.

All orders are shipped from British Columbia. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibilities of the retailer.

CANCELLATIONS + EXCHANGESI ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total deducted from your order.

Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

BACK ORDERSOccasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back-ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.

PRODUCT SPECSSustainable materials and practices are as important as the designs. My product is printed on 100% FSC-certified paper. All paper goods are proudly made and printed for you in Vancouver, BC, Canada using local vendors.

All product must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets must not be broken. Failure to comply will result in account termination.
