FOSS would like to say a huge thank you to teachers, parents, businesses and thank you to everyone who has made this day possible. The whole committee, under the leadership of our Summer Fair Co-ordinator, Angela Doughty, have worked hard to put this celebration together. We have aimed to provide a fantastic Carnival themed fair with plenty of fun for the whole family. The FOSS committee is made up of volunteer parents who give their free time to arrange this event as a key fundraiser to support Singlegate Primary School. Thank you to every parent who has helped and come along today to support us.
Thank you to our main sponsor Landmark Lofts (advertising boards) and Eddison White (printing and distribution of posters and postcards) also JJ Rhatigan for their £200 cash donation for the main raffle prize. Special thanks to Madeline Meckiffe (graphic design), Luke Perry and Scott Driscoll who have printed this programme. Thank you for continued support from The Royal Standard Pub and Greene King Breweries for the beer and Pimms. Thank you to Justin Swarbrick for designing our new FOSS logo and Kate Reading for creating the gorgeous tote bags on sale today. Thank you to Frozen 4 U who have provided all the halal meat and food for the BBQ.
Thank you also to the Wimbledon Fire Brigade, CW Little League (Beat the Goalie) and Woodcraft Folk (Bouncy Castle) who steadfastly support our Fair and the school and for attending today. Thank you also to the Colliers Wood Chorus and Ukelele band providing live entertainment for us.
Thank you to the parents for the donations of jolly jars, bottle tombola and second hand toys, as well as volunteering to help on the stalls. Last but not least thank you all the school staff and teacher volunteers helping with all the preparation and today – we truly could not do this without you!
