NCA is herby authorized to reserve space as indicated below for our use at the Texcare Expo ‘19, All areas have water drainage seervice available. Some areas are set up as multi-booth vlocks and must be taken as a block. Blocks may not be subdivided.
The early bird rental charge for exhibit space at Texcare Expo ‘19 (10/19 & 10/20) is $1295 per booth. After May 1, 2019, the rental charge for exhibit space is $1595.Double Booths 4-Booth/Block6- Booth/Block10- Booth/Block

Individual booths are 10 feet by 10 feet. A one-third deposit must ac-compnay the application for the space with a 2nd payment of one-third due on June 1, 2019 and the last payment of one-third must be paid on or before August 15, 2019. The Exhibitor is legally bound to fulfull their full oblication to pay for contracted space unless released from such obli-gation in writing by NCA.
