Visa Application Requirements    

You Have Requested:

Important Information:

For Saudi Arabia visas we use an outside supplier to submit and collect the application from the embassy. As a result the handling fee is higher.

The Saudi Arabian Embassy require all applicants to purchase compulsory medical insurance. When submitting the application through us this will be arranged for our applicants. The typically ranges between £20 - £70 depending on the applicant’s age, length of visit and nature of visit.

Visas issued by the embassy in London only cover entry into Saudi Arabia by air, except when holding a multiple entry visa and having already used it for an entry by air.

Documents Required:

1. Passport The passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the applicant’s exit date and have at

least one clear double page.

2. Two Passport Photos The photos must:

o Be a standard sized passport photo (35mm x 45 mm) o Have a white or off white background o Have been taken within the last 6 months o Be in colour

Please email us a clear scan of one of the photos to visas@diversitytravel.com . This will need to up-loaded onto the application form by us.

3. Business Letter

Use the template below Letter should be no more than 2 weeks old The letter will need to be certified by the London Chamber of Commerce Firstly your organisation will need to register with the London Chamber by

completing the form on http://www.londonchamber.co.uk/DocImages/14049.pdf

Diversity Travel can arrange for the certification of the letter. The London Chamber of Commerce Fee is £48.60 and the Diversity Travel Fee is £35 plus VAT

Visa Application Requirements    

4. Authorisation from Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs This must come from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a receipt format. This is arrange by the host organisation in Saudi Arabia Please make sure that the authorisation of the visa is sent to the Embassy in London The company name/employer details of the applicant should match with the company

name used on the business letter Issued within 6 weeks of the application date The duration and number of entries issued on the visa will be determined by this

document

5. Application Form Complete the application form and email it to visas@diversitytravel.com We will then arrange for the application to processed online. Once this is done it will

be emailed back as a PDF This will then be need to signed and sent in with the rest of the supporting documents

6. Declaration Form Please print your name, sign and date both the Arabic and English declarations on the

form

7. Visa Booking Form One fully completed visa booking form

Non UK Passport holders:

For all non UK and EU passport holders they will need to show their original UK residency visa or card.

EU passport holders will need to show a utility bill or bank statement covering a period within 3 months of the submission date.

Applications for Pakistani, Tunisian and Egyptian passport holders will be referred and the processing time will be extended.

We recommend that items be sent to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery or other secure and traceable delivery services. Our Opening hours to receive applications are between 8.45am and 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

From Diversity Travel

We can return the passport to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL or UPS. We also have a same day bike service or it is possible to collect from our office.

For urgent applications or if there would be a significant financial loss should the passport be delayed we recommend using the same day bike service or collecting from our office.

The fees for returning your passport are listed below. Please clearly indicate your preferred return delivery method on the Visa Booking Form.
