e RenewableGenerations incentive program from NV Energy helps customers o#set the installation costs of renewable energy systems. rough our program, we’ve installed 4.17 megawatts of solar, small wind turbine and micro hydro systems for customers’ homes, small businesses, agriculture properties, school or public buildings.
Customers across Nevada can save money with a one-time installation rebate from NV Energy. To date, more than $15 million for installation rebates for projects across the state has been paid.
e 4.17 megawatts will avoid an estimated 5,989 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions. is is equivalent to the greenhouse emissions from 1,145 passenger vehicles each year or the CO2 emissions from 673,733 gallons of gasoline consumed.
