CHIMPATHON is a 16 km (9.94 mile) race that begins and ends at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds, with one lap around Save the Chimps’ Sanctuary; where racers will be able to see and hear the chimpanzees on their island homes. sPonsorsHiP • Sponsor agrees to pay by check or credit card the full amount no later than close of business on 3/25/16 to secure exhibit space and other sponsorship benefits. • Gifts-in-kind of goods and services must be delivered or available for pick-up no later than close of business on 4/15/16 to secure exhibit space and other sponsorship benefits. • No refunds will be paid to any sponsor who fails to occupy its assigned exhibit area. • No subletting of exhibit space is allowed. • Sponsor agrees to Save the Chimp’s use of its images in photographs, video, or other media depictions of Chimpathon 2016. • Sponsor is required to carry insurance necessary to protect itself and its patrons. • Sponsor is responsible for obtaining any required business licenses or permits, and for paying all applicable state and local taxes.

eXHiBiT seT-uP and Tear-doWn • Sponsor may set up their exhibits from 1 p.m. through 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 16 and from 5 a.m. through 6 a.m. on Sunday, April 17. • Exhibits shall remain open and staffed during the event hours from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. • Exhibits may not be disassembled before Sunday, April 17 at 1 p.m. • Chimpathon 2016 will assign exhibit locations at its discretion.

eXHiBiT aPPearanCe and aMeniTies • Each exhibit will include a 10 X 10 E-Z up tent provided by the exhibitor. • Electrical power will be available to all exhibits; No Wi-Fi service is provided. • Displays and merchandise should have a neat and professional appearance • Exhibit will not extend beyond the assigned 10’X10’ space. • Exhibitors may not obstruct access or visibility of neighboring exhibits, or disrupt others with loud music.

food and BeVerage • St. Lucie County Fairgrounds has exclusive contracts with caterers for food and beverage • Caterers do not allow exhibiters to sell food or beverages; although samples may be given out

ProduCTs/serViCes for disPlaY or sale • Displays and merchandise are subject to approval of Save the Chimps, Inc. • Sponsor will not exhibit any merchandise or promotional material other than that specified on the Sponsorship Form. • Save the Chimps has the right to reject products/services to be sold or displayed, and has the right to require the removal of products or exhibits that are not supportive of animal welfare.
